Grilled Chicken Wings

This grilled chicken recipe though a little complicated, but the results are satisfactory. The mix of flavors of spice and orange leaves make it taste more delicious.

INGREDIENTS


6 pieces of chicken wings
1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
8 lime leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce Bango
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tsp sugar
½ tbsp tamarind water
250 ml water
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Blend:
10 red onions have softened
4 cloves of garlic has softened
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
2 curly red chilies
1 teaspoon salt



HOW TO MAKE


1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice and salt, and let stand for 15 minutes.
 

2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, add the lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.
 

3. Add chicken, stir until the color changes.
 

4. Add the Bango soy sauce, pepper, sugar, water and tamarind. Stir and cook until cooked and the flavors mingle.
 

5. Fuel cock while inverted and forth and occasionally smeared up noticeably fragrant spices. Lift and serve.
